Did you plan on being stuck right in the middle of 2016? Feeling like you can’t seem to find your way out of a paper bag?

Many are currently feeling this way and I’ve even had some of those feelings myself.


Everyday life challenges us enough without the Brexit decision bringing more fear and uncertainty?

Making us head straight to our comfort zones and diving right back into our usual ‘bad’ habits in order to feel safe and comforted. Right?  So what do you do?

When faced with difficulties it’s easy for our ‘inner voice to call us back to our comfort zone’ … inevitably leading us astray.

Breaking Free from Limiting Beliefs
So how do we take charge of that inner voice – our protector?

 It starts with awareness of the mind chatter.

Our inner critic the subconscious voice is designed to protect us and feels it has our best interest in mind.
 
So take a moment to listen to what’s being presented to you – have awareness in this moment right now – I invite you to just listen and observe.
 
You can then choose to say ‘thanks, as the adult I now choose a better thought’ one which will have me feeling happier and positive. Choose to cancel out any unwanted thoughts. It can be that easy if you choose it.

 Embracing the Inner ‘YOU’
When we learn to embrace the inner part of us, we listen and let it know we  choose wisely as the adult and allow that inner voice to know all is safe.
 
Core Life decisions and questions are based on ‘am I feeling safe’ one of 5 primal needs for survival – the subconscious mind is designed to protect us.
 
When we feel we are ready to make a change based on wisdom, then the magic begins to happen.

  1. Learn to embrace everything around you in each moment and thought. Appreciate who you are and what you offer. Be and Show GRATITUDE.
  2. Put yourself first and care for your needs. Feel your inner messages and bring yourself back into your body. Be PRESENT.
  3. We are never alone – we are connected to the ‘oneness’ of life –  connect with a friend in need.
    Share the LOVE.
  4. Take time to meditate daily – even if for 3-5 minutes – there are countless benefits to meditating – personally – professionally – socially -  spiritually.  And it helps to stop the Monkey Mind.

Tip No 5. Learn to Relax and take 10-30 minutes daily for YOU.  Life is passing you by so I encourage you to take time to sit relax and enjoy.  Collect your thoughts and continue your day from a place of Peace and RELAXATION. 

Treat yourself to a Massage or Spa bath; take a walk to your favourite Park or Beach walk and get some fresh air to clear your mind.
