Backstory
Our Hypnotherapist understands your smoking challenges as she was a smoker for more than 25 years. Vicki experienced the challenges and stress associated with smoking, and the underlying feeling of really wanting to Quit yet feeling like she just couldn't let go, Vicki was worried about the withdrawal symptoms, putting on weight and mood swings as a result. When Vicki decided it was time to let go and take charge of her life (Vicki has been smoke free since 2003 ) this allowed her to take control of her thoughts and life. Vicki set her vision to become a specialist hypnotherapist in the Quit Cigarettes in 60 Minutes program to support smokers wanting to take charge of their life and health as she had achieved. Vicki continues to support smokers to quit easily and effectively to achieve success since she established her Quit Cigarettes program in 2006.
